A New Perspective for Relating Virtual Inertia With Wideband Oscillation of Voltage in Low-Inertia DC Microgrid

Virtual synchronous generator (VSG) has been a grid-friendly integration control technique for the of grid-connected inverters. However, emulated inertia and damping VSG can also be used in field dc systems. In this article, virtual is proposed to dampen wideband oscillation voltage microgrid. The strategy contributes maintaining operation converter with network. Besides, relationships among damping, inertia, oscillation, rate change (RoCoV) as well DC nadir (DCVN) are studied. It concluded that RoCoV DCVN similar frequency fluctuation ranges poorly-damped respectively. A unified concept by connecting oscillation-related stability inertial transient response originated from imbalanced powers/mismatched currents. Besides this, plays same role because original state impeding further change. new feedback analytical method clarify important on motion voltage. Finally, theoretical results compared simulations experiments.
